Take workouts to the next level with RadiusFitness

Fitness expert and trainer Alex Isaly joined host Margaret Larson to talk about RadiusFitness, the new multi-platform fitness brand launched by NBC Sports Network, in partnership with Under Armour. Alex is one of five "master" trainers taking part in the venture, which allows people to customize their workout experience. Alex is also a featured trainer in short workout episodes airing in the mornings on NBC Sports Network. In addition to chatting about RadiusFitness, Alex demonstrated a few moves everyone can do to re-energize anytime.

Meet Alex Isaly at 6:00pm tonight the Microsoft Store at Bellevue Square Mall (Phone: 425-519-3580). He'll try out some Kinect games on Xbox, including Kinect Sports Rivals and several Xbox fitness workouts.
