It all started in 1999, when I began competing in triathlons. Little did I know my first taste of pushing the limit and learning how to challenge myself would take me down a whole new path in life. Over a decade later, I am pursuing my passion full time in the fitness industry consulting and creating fitness programs such as R.I.P.P.E.D. - The One Stop Body Shock.
It was in January of 2008 when R.I.P.P.E.D. was created. With R.I.P.P.E.D. it’s a sports-based, fun, high energy exercise format that caters to all types of fitness levels from beginner to elite by encompassing several components of fitness….Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet/Nutrition.
R.I.P.P.E.D. – The Stop Body Shock is a “Plateau Proof Fitness Formula” that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D. class. It is Plateau Proof, because each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format. Thus, regular R.I.P.P.E.D. participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes (based on two years of data collection from heart rate monitors of students taking R.I.P.P.E.D. classes).
This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.— Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.
