The Journey
“Life is like a box of fattening chocolates. Sometimes you have to take it back and exchange it for something healthier.”
Alex grew up in a small town in western Pennsylvania with a population of less than 1,800. After he graduate from Allegheny College he moved to Orange County, California, and slaved away in corporate America for more than 10 years. He had no idea that fitness would later become the major force in his life.
When he could barely take the 9 to 5 any longer he started competing in triathlons to get the stress out. It worked. Pushing his limits mentally and physically was just the thing he needed to take his life to the next level. He spent the next 8 years competing against some of the top triathletes and cyclists in the country, while at the same time becoming a Master Trainer for LeMond Academy for indoor cycling.
Finally in 2008, after years of commuting 20-25 hours a week to his sales job in Los Angeles, with a wife and young daughter relying on him, he stepped away from the rat race to pursue his passion for fitness. Isaly created and developed a national group fitness program. The workout formula was designed to train every part of the body in multiple ways to prevent plateaus and maintain continuous results. The program grew quickly and is now taught throughout the country.
Alex’s fitness formula focused on various fitness components, which naturally led to his role with KettleWorX. He is responsible to host and help design the most advanced home fitness training program ever.
Alex is currently developing a worldwide media campaign to launch the hottest new full body home fitness craze with the global leader in kettlebell training. By the end of 2014, Alex’s KettleWorX program is projected to be in over 1,000,000 homes and fitness facilities around the world.
