Get Fit with a Celebrity Trainer!
I am very excited, and extremely humbled, to announce that I have recently been selected to partner with a group of elite trainers who have trained celebrities such as Hugh Jackman, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Garner. This partnership was formed through a company called Proactive Health Solutions.

The core Proactive product is a huge library of customized audio workouts, which have been created by a select group of the best trainers in the country. The workouts are science-based, using the latest research into how exercise impacts health, appearance and attitude. They range from walking to running, from body shaping to strength training, from Pilates to Yoga. Our goal is to motivate, not “beat up”, our users. And we use language that speaks to the user’s need in words they can understand to encourage on-going usage. All FitnessAccount workouts are mixed with motivational music and are easy to download to any online or mobile device.
Our workouts are packaged in two ways:
1. 90 Day Programs which are specifically geared to the individual user’s health issues and current fitness level. Day-by-day calendars offer variety and progression to generate measurable results.
- If the user has no incidence of lifestyle disease, he or she is placed in a pure fitness track.
- If the user has Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Weight Loss, Stress and Anxiety (or a combination of these lifestyle diseases), he or she is placed in a customized disease intervention track.
2. Bundles which are built around goals and activities (ex. weight loss, strength training, stress reduction, managing diabetes, healthy heart) and take users on a programmed track from one month to the next.
FitnessAccount programs are available in English and Spanish.
I am currently in the process of creating my own strength and conditioning workouts that will be available to download in the next couple of months. In addition, my profile, training philosophy and sample track will also be added to the “trainer” page on the website in the next few weeks.
